b. Pack the item securely, including the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

c. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

 

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a return:

For refunds: The purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees, will be refunded to the original payment method.

For exchanges: We will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
